Although we will still be able to receive your messages, due to technical problems, we may not receive notifications in time, or we may miss your messages, which may take a long time for you to get a reply.

Can we meet-up/ where is your store located at?

Sorry, in order to process orders more efficiently, we do not do meet-ups. As a micro operation offering products at very competitive prices, we're also far from being able to afford opening physical store. We have a solid sales record on Carousell (www.carousell.com.hk/u/52dealshk). Moreover, we use deck sleeves to protect your decks. Therefore, you don't have to be worried of being scammed or receiving damaged decks.

Normally, we will ship the order on the next business day after payment is received.

Will my decks get damaged during shipping?

Accepted Answer

Don't worry. Except for specially packaged playing cards, all decks come with an extra deck sleeve and plenty of bubble wrap for double protection to ensure that they are delivered to you in perfect condition.

I made a mistake / provided a wrong address when placing the order. What should I do?

Please contact us and do not repeat the order, we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Can I cancel/return the order?

Accepted Answer

Once payment is made, no changes or cancellations will be accepted. Unless there is a serious mistake, such as missing of products or sending the wrong deck, returns and exchanges will not be accepted. In the event of a serious mistake, please do not open the playing cards (with the cellophane) and contact us for returns. Thank you.

About Promo Codes & Discounts

Accepted Answer

After the conditions are met, the corresponding promo code will be issued by email in 1-2 working days. Each promo code can only be used once. It applies to any purchase (including sales products) and has no minimum spend and expiry date. However, it cannot be redeemed for cash. If the purchase amount is less than the amount of the discount code, such as purchasing a $40 product with a $50 discount code, the remaining amount will not be refunded and cannot be reserved for the next order.

Exclusive discount for premium members:
Local orders: 50% off shipping fee for buying 1 deck/ free shipping via SF express for orders with 2 decks or above

Other regions/ countries: 50% off shipping fee for all orders

How to become a premium member:
After accumulating amount of purchases $1000 hkd (excl. shipping fee), your membership will advance to "premium" (this might take 1-2 working days, depending on circumstances).

How to use the exclusive discount for premium members?
After loging in to your account, you will see the "Exclusive discount for premium members" page. Simply add the corresponding item for your exclusive discount.
